We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team in Cheltenham. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
You will work across different classes, providing one-to-one support to students with complex medical needs and challenging behaviors. This requires patience, positivity, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience working with children with special needs and disabilities, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time position (5 days a week) with a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as sick pay, holiday pay, maternity and paternity pay, and interview preparation and advice.
