We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a special educational needs school in Gloucestershire, UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting children with SEN needs in various settings
  • Developing and implementing inclusive learning activities
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to create effective IEPs
  • Encouraging positive behavior and providing guidance

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN needs
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Teaching Assistant or CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong patience, empathy, and positive attitude
