Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a Special Educational Needs school.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in a classroom setting
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure student success

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies for support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
