Educational Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Assistant for Children with SEN Needs to join our team in Greenwich. As a Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting.
You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, monitoring and reporting on their progress, and contributing to the development of their Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The successful candidate will have a valid Enhanced DBS certificate and will be committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
Main Duties:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their development.
- Contribute to the development of IEPs, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the support they need.
