Community Support Worker

Turnin Point is looking for a Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals across the country, working closely with our teams to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and carers, as well as coordinating support plans and advocating on behalf of our service users.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide support to individuals across the country, working closely with our teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers
* Coordinate support plans and advocate on behalf of service users
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and implement individualised support plans
Requirements
* 2 years' experience of working with vulnerable adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualification or experience in social care or a related field
