Education Support Worker

We are looking for a skilled Education Support Worker to join our team at Education at Ivy Resource Group in Cheltenham. As a key member of the school's support team, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualised support and create a supportive learning environment for students in Key Stage 2.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, and supporting students with their learning. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with students and their families, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive daily rate of £4,600 - £5,100 per month, as well as ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
