This is an exciting opportunity to work for the largest independent health and social care provider across the Southwest of England and South Wales, Iris Care Group.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging the people we support to participate in activities or follow their interests
- Assisting them in the community and helping them attend appointments
- Supporting them to be as independent as they can, whether this be cooking or developing personal care skills
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.50 per hour, paid inclusive of bank holidays, with additional holidays for long service.
In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive industry-leading training, employee assistance program, high street retail discount scheme, 'Recognise Me' platform, free on-site parking and uniform, and no zero-hour contracts.
