About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in English Language Teaching or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly to students with special needs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 38 days' annual leave, plus 3 additional days during Christmas closure.
