About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or have significant experience in one-on-one roles.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans for students with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support students with behavioral management and other additional SEN requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral management and SEN support
  • Nurturing and kind approach to student support
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
