Special Education Assistant

Zen Educate is looking for a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to support students with special needs at our school in Cheltenham. As a long-term, full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students.
Working hours are 8:30-3:30, term time only. The school provides a supportive environment for staff to develop their skills and knowledge in special education.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
• Relevant experience working with students with special needs, including Autism, SLD, MLD, PMLD, and Down syndrome.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, as needed.
A competitive salary is offered for this role, reflecting the importance of the position in supporting our students' educational and personal development.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
