Job Description

We are seeking a Supportive Education Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. This role is an excellent opportunity for psychology students and graduates to gain valuable experience working with young pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils in 1:1 sessions, as well as working part/full-time hours. They will need to be comfortable adapting activities to meet the individual needs of each pupil and building strong relationships with the pupil and their family.
