We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a SEMH pupil in a Reception class, providing individualized support and creating a safe and calming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1 to 1 support to a SEMH pupil in a Reception class
  • Assist the teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the pupil in developing their social, emotional, and behavioral skills
  • Work collaboratively with the teacher and other support staff to ensure the pupil's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEMH pupils
  • Ability to create a safe and calming environment
