Job Overview

About the Role

The Head of Service Delivery will be responsible for leading a team of managers to deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients. This will involve making strategic decisions about resource allocation, ensuring flexible deployment of staff and volunteers, and monitoring staffing establishments to guarantee safe and cost-effective services.

A key aspect of this role will be working closely with external organisations and professionals to foster collaborative working relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission, through regular audits and report production.

Responsibilities
  • To manage a team of Managers to deliver a service of excellence
  • Make decisions about resource allocation to ensure flexible deployment of staff and volunteers
  • Monitor and review staffing establishments to ensure services are safe and cost-effective
  • Work with external organisations and professionals to ensure collaborative working
  • Ensure services comply with the Care Quality Commission and carry out regular audits
  • Produce reports and statistics on service delivery as required

The salary for this role is estimated at £47,000-£52,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
