We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as a Care Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of medication on the household
- Maintenance of accurate records and customer plans
- Excellent planning skills to manage time and team
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional role model with experience in a dementia care setting, holding an NVQ level 3 in Care or working towards it.
