Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead to manage our Rapid Response team, providing critical support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of crisis management, and the ability to work collaboratively with NHS partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of managers to deliver high-quality services, ensuring maximum capacity utilization and effective performance management.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation to ensure flexible deployment of staff across all settings, meeting client needs effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission standards through regular audits and spot checks, ensuring service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Management qualification (e.g., NVQ L4 or CQF Diploma L5) or significant experience in a senior role.
