Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Rapid Intervention Services will lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 50 staff members, including 2 managers
  • Frequent travel required to cover all sites
  • Promote best practices and ensure adherence to service standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

Candidates must have relevant experience in mental health management and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and guide their team effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile.
