About the Team:

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with GP Practice Teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in primary care
• Promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the service

Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team

• Competitive salary: £53,686 - £82,076 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
