Executive Assistant

A highly skilled Private PA is required to manage the personal affairs of a high-profile individual in London. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The role requires the ability to handle complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. A strong background in providing private personal assistance is essential, with any commercial experience being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal schedules, including appointments, social engagements, and family activities.
- Handle personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Organise and oversee household management tasks, such as maintenance, repairs, and staff coordination.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and special requests.
- Plan and coordinate family events, celebrations, and holidays.
- Liaise with the business PA for any activity overlaps.
- Oversee personal and household budgets, including bill payments and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with financial advisors and accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage charitable donations and philanthropic activities.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Ensure sensitive information is protected and handled appropriately.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
