Optime Group is partnering with a leading Liverpool John Lennon Airport ground handling business to recruit a team of Check-in Agents. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive hourly rate of £11.80.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers with checking in their luggage and processing documentation.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and provide excellent customer service.
  • Greet passengers, answer queries, and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Check travel documents, collect fees, and process payments.
  • Manage passenger queues and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Valid passport or driving license.
  • Ability to stand for long periods (4-8 hours).
  • UK Settled Status (if applicable).
  • Proof of National Insurance and current address.
  • 5-year address and work reference history.
  • Basic criminal record check (following interview).
