Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airside Agent.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. As an Airside Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with checking in luggage, using self-service machines, and processing documentation.

You will also work on your feet for extended periods, greet passengers, answer queries, and assist with disruptions. Additionally, you will check travel documents, collect fees, process payments, manage passenger queues, and respond to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Luggage Handling: Assist passengers with checking in luggage and use self-service machines to process documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues.
  • Travel Document Check: Check travel documents, collect fees, and process payments.
  • Queue Management: Manage passenger queues and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements
  • ID Documents: Valid Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate, or National ID card.
