We are seeking an experienced Nurse Consultant for Children's Community Services to join our Learning Disability Team in Salford. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating and delivering expert clinical care to children with learning disabilities in the community.

About the Role

The post holder will work closely with the Team Leader and members of the Learning Disabilities Team to deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of children with learning disabilities and their families. Key responsibilities include assessing and delivering interventions towards a defined caseload, providing specialist nursing input, and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered nurse with a first degree in Nursing or a related subject.
  • Mentorship qualification and post-registration specialist training relevant to the specialty.
  • Highly experienced in working with children with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Experience completing and interpreting sensory profiles.

Salary and Benefits
