Support Worker Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, while also promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and refreshments, in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Participating in resident activities and events, to promote engagement and socialization.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in care or a related field, plus at least 6 months' experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
