Support Worker - Children's Services

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our Children's Services team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will provide direct support to children aged 7-19 who have experienced significant trauma, social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of students, with a focus on safeguarding and SEN training, including MAPA Training. You will work closely with secondary-aged students with EHCPs, including those with Autism, OCD, and varying levels of social anxiety.

As a Support Worker, you will also engage positively with students to foster acceptance and independence. You will implement diverse approaches to support students' academic progress based on their individual contexts.

This position requires a commitment to aiding society's most vulnerable children, with all training and support provided by the school. Our estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
