Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Transparent Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the financial relationship with our bankers and auditors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the finance team in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a growing SME in a similar capacity.
  • Experience working within an e-commerce/B2B business environment.
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics Business Central.
  • Knowledge of Amazon would be advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to ask challenging questions and follow through to a successful solution.
