Award-winning AWS Finance is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to spearhead Commercial Sales Organization financial performance in EMEA Small to Medium Business segment.

This pivotal role involves partnering closely with Sales and operations teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of the EMEA Finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing business performance, communicating financial results, running financial models, and evaluating business opportunities.

Key deliverables include:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies to optimize investments
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive controllership excellence
  • Owning key reporting metrics and narratives to inform business decisions

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various business units across Amazon. This role requires advanced Excel abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or equivalent experience in a quantitative role
  2. Experience in tax, finance or related analytical field
  3. Advanced SQL skills for data mining and business intelligence
  4. Knowledge of Tableau and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
  5. MBA or CPA qualification
