Your Role

As Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, developing menus, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. You will work closely with our senior management team to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menu plans that meet client requirements
- Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control kitchen costs and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless events and services

About You
