About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nightside Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at The NoMad Hotel. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passion for delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen during late night shifts, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, minimize waste, and optimize stock rotation to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans, aligning with hotel objectives and brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
