Delivery Assurance Manager

This role is based at the AWE Plc headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of P3M assurance activities across the AWE Enterprise. This will involve ensuring alignment of key assurance activities across interdependent projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with assurance or undertaking reviews on delivery in a Project/Programme environment. They will also have a good understanding of different project management and controls methodologies. The role will involve managing the implementation of major corrective actions from P3M assurance reviews and managing the integration and continuous improvement of the P3M assurance processes in the P3M framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team to co-ordinate P3M assurance reviews. They will also be responsible for compiling reports and presenting to peers and senior leaders. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and hold courageous conversations with senior managers to ensure successful delivery is essential. The role also requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to build strong focused teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appropriate and proportional application of the P3M assurance processes in the P3M framework. They will also be responsible for managing the integration and continuous improvement of the P3M assurance processes in the P3M framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the planning and scheduling of P3M assurance activities across the AWE Enterprise.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with assurance or undertaking reviews on delivery in a Project/Programme environment.
