Portfolio Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Assurance Specialist to join our Portfolio, Programme & Project (P3M) Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of P3M assurance activities across the AWE Enterprise, ensuring alignment of key assurance activities across interdependent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement assurance strategies to ensure the right level of assurance is undertaken at the right time in a project's lifecycle.
- Manage the implementation of assurance activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure assurance activities are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide assurance expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with AWE's assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
