Job Description

AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Resource Manager to join the P3M People Capability team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the AWE mission by providing strategic resource management and workforce planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with specific projects within the enterprise portfolio to provide full support on resourcing strategy.
  • Lead on establishing and delivering innovative solutions to project-specific resourcing challenges.
  • Support recruitment and resource deployment via the central enabling P3M function.
  • Maintain an overview of the P3M resources deployed across the enterprise portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in resource management, ideally with experience in Project Management or Project Controls.
  • Ability to think strategically and demonstrate strategic resource management/workforce planning experience.
  • Confident in compiling presentations and presenting to peers and Senior Managers.
  • IT skills, including MS Office applications.
