Job Title: NDT Program Manager

About the Role:
AWE Plc is seeking an experienced NDT Program Manager to develop and lead an NDT capability within the Production and Assets business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing an NDT program focused on asset integrity. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving quality assurance in all asset integrity NDT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a database of assets that require NDT application, identify relevant failure modes, and NDT techniques to be employed.
• Identify resourcing requirements, including SQEP requirements for delivery of NDT program, manage recruitment process.
• Develop a management system for the delivery of NDT program, including strategy, SoP's, reporting procedures, work management, planning of NDT activities, etc.
• Co-ordinate NDT verifications/qualifications, 3rd party inspection activities, and interpretation of reports, including management of resulting recommendations and/or actions.
• Maintain contact with external NDT industry, NDT equipment suppliers, and consumables vendors.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an NDT technician or engineer looking to advance their career in a unique industry. Previous experience in implementing NDT programs is highly desirable. The successful candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
