Job Summary:
Public Sector Resourcing is seeking a skilled Supplier Onboarding Officer to join our team for a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week based in Aldermaston.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the onboarding process for suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration with our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a thorough understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new suppliers.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of suppliers onto our systems.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to suppliers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of supplier onboarding and performance metrics.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A thorough understanding of procurement processes and systems is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
