Workplace and Assurance/Quality Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workplace and Assurance/Quality Manager to collaborate with our corporate operations team, instructors, and apprentices in our Skills Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled craft personnel to the business, managing an academy team, and ensuring the quality of our work and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with corporate operations personnel to provide skilled craft personnel to the business
  • Lead and manage an academy team, including line and project management
  • Assure the quality of our work and training

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in quality assurance and workplace management
