About the role:

Our Support Services division is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist who will be responsible for the effective management of a high support accommodation service for single homeless individuals in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients, developing the skills and practice of others, and ensuring a quality service focused on achieving defined outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is managing a team, developing staff, and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver a high-quality service.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the provision of supportive services to individuals facing multiple disadvantages and will be able to motivate and manage a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Proven experience in managing a team and developing the skills and practice of others
  • Able to motivate and manage a quality service focused on achieving defined outcomes
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of delivering high-quality outcomes for clients working within a strengths and recovery model
