Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at the North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our HR Advisory Team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive employee relations, absence management and HR Investigations service to the organisation.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a busy/demanding HR environment, with a proven track record of delivering a diverse HR advisory and support service to meet the needs of the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide coaching, training, guidance, advice and oversight to a dedicated portfolio of staff.

About the Role

  • Salary: £29,969 - £36,483 pa (dependent on knowledge and experience)
  • Location: Newcastle, with requirement to travel within the North East Region
  • Contract Type: 12 Month Secondment or Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide a comprehensive employee relations, absence management and HR Investigations service to the organisation
  2. Deliver coaching, training, guidance, advice and oversight to a dedicated portfolio of staff
  3. Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide HR support

Person Specification

  • Valid CIPD membership (or working towards) or Level 3 qualification in relevant subject or equivalent relevant experience
  • Evidence of recent CPD
  • Significant experience of working in a busy/demanding HR environment
  • Experience of delivering a diverse HR advisory and support service to meet the needs of the business
