HR Service Delivery Expert

Trip is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Expert to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR transactions, ensuring accurate employee records, and coordinating visa processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and shared services environment, with proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position located in London. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EMEA HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documents
  • Coordinate visa processing and oversee attendance management
  • Culture & Engagement: Organise EMEA employee engagement events and collaborate with teams to promote company values
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and assist with compliance reporting and audits
