Job Summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Expert to join our Workforce Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Salary: £49,000 - £53,000 per annum.
