Job Title: ITSM Service Delivery Specialist

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an ITSM Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of a hosted ITSM solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of system updates, ensuring seamless transitions from development, staging to production environments.
  • Implementation of stakeholder requirements, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
  • Co-ordination of deployments across various environments.
  • Leading user focus sessions to gather valuable feedback and understand user needs.
  • Maintenance of a strong relationship with the solution provider.
  • Proposing and implementing system improvements to enhance functionality and the user experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation to streamline processes.
  • Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, with support from the Incident and Problem Management Specialist and Customer Experience Business Partner.

Requirements:

  • ITIL certification to Practice Manager level.
  • Experience in administering and developing Ivanti Cherwell or Neurons.
  • Expertise in ITSM platforms and understanding of hosted solutions.
  • Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and their application within ITSM.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles.
