**ServiceNow Consultant - Vancouver+ - ITSM - REST/SOAP**

Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh (25% in the office - 75% remote) a ServiceNow Consultant is required on a 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a unique client, working alongside a Business Analyst, a BI Developer, and our Architects / Support Services, you will support improvements in Service Now and associated reporting environments, this could lead to an opportunity for a long-term contract with multiple extensions in a modern working environment.

This role involves improving the ServiceNow service and reporting environment, relative to Remote Access Requests and the introduction of a reporting dashboard, NIS CMDB Process and NIS Reporting.

**Essential Experience**:

- Implementation Specialist accreditation
- **ITSM**
- CMDB - IT Assets with OT Attributes, etc
- Dashboards
- Notifications review
- **REST/SOAP** Integrations
