About the Opportunity:

This exciting permanent role has become available for an ITSM Administrator (ITIL) to join a leading law firm in London on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a hosted ITSM solution, overseeing system updates and ensuring seamless transitions from development to production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a hosted ITSM solution to optimize its performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee system updates, including patches, upgrades, and new feature deployments.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from development, staging, and production environments.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ITSM administration and ITIL framework implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
