Senior Account Manager

Join a leading SaaS vendor as a Senior Account Manager and take advantage of a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in the FinTech industry.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead the sales strategy in the UK market. As a key member of our FinTech division, you will be responsible for nurturing and advancing relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting and winning new business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and advance relationships with existing customers to grow and add value to their customer base
  • Prospect and win new business customers through consultative selling techniques
  • Develop strong relationships at all levels, identifying key decision makers and influencers
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline and enable effective reporting
  • Take full accountability for defined targeted customers, using metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers of performance
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Business Development/Account Manager role
  • Experience of selling FinTech, Accountancy Software, Accountancy Services, Payroll Solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Gravitas/Presence - demonstrates credibility and confidence
  • Ability to manage pipeline in a timely and effective manner
  • Proven track record of over achievement in sales
