This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on the upkeep of all buildings and surrounding infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical repairs, decorating, and general labouring tasks.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Plumbing: resolving basic problems such as unlocking and repairing leaks
  • Electrical: replacing bulbs, replacing plugs
  • Decorating: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames
  • Repairs and Maintenance: basic DIY skills
  • Gardening: mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes, and trees, weeding, watering flower beds, and pressure washing
  • General Labouring: waste management, litter picking, collecting, and delivering, winter management (gritting etc.)

To be effective in this role, you will need to be skilled in the use of tools related to drilling, painting, basic repairs, and general DIY. A good level of general property maintenance and horticultural skills would be advantageous.

A driving license is essential for this role, and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The salary for this position is £14 per hour.
