Mainstay Facilities is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the TECA Energy Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks as scheduled to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Respond to electrical system faults and carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid Electrical certification.
