We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell our client's range of bathrooms, showering and plumbing products into the public sector and social housing channel.
- Manage a range of existing and new customers across the region, including local authorities, councils, housing associations, social housing, contractors and developers.
- Identify and win new sales opportunities with a range of contacts and stakeholders.
- Track sales processes and projects from start to finish, building relationships and influencing at each stage.
- A track record of success in a B2B field sales role.
- Prior experience selling either a comparable construction product or into a comparable market sector or customer type.
- A positive approach in driving growth across the sales region and the willingness to be a motivated team contributor.
- A competitive basic salary of £42-45K.
- A 12-18K OTE.
- An expensed vehicle, pension, health insurance, and 25 days leave per annum.
