Organisational Development and HR Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our Financial Planning division as an Organisational Development and HR Specialist. This role combines divisional and group-wide responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to make an impact within a growing organisation.

About the Role

  • Support the leadership team in acquisition strategy and lead change management initiatives.
  • Bring expertise in TUPE, employee consultation, and M&A processes to influence HR practices across both the division and our wider group.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employment law, contracts, and disciplinary procedures.
  2. Organisational Development: Lead projects to improve organisational design, communication, and engagement.
  3. Comms & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance internal communications and employee engagement.
  4. Reward & Recognition: Implement recognition programs to motivate and reward employees.
  5. Management Reporting & Budgets: Analyse data to inform business decisions and manage budgets effectively.
  6. Resourcing & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment, induction, and training for new employees.
  7. Learning & Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees.
  8. Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  9. Project Work: Lead or participate in various projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Working Arrangements

We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll need to be able to work from our office in Waterlooville one day per week, plus our London office (EC3N 3AA), one day per week. Occasional travel to our other offices will be required.
