About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects with leading clients in the UK. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our life science and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver life science or healthcare projects in the UK, with a good understanding of building regulations and specific LS and HO approvals.
  • Promote roles and responsibilities, creating a culture of ownership.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering complex projects.
  • Working towards membership of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Construction management expertise.
  • Developing commercial and financial acumen.
