Lead Programme Delivery in Cambridge

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Programmes to join our team at Rubicon Recruitment Group. Based in Cambridge, this role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a programme management professional to take on full responsibility for programme delivery. As Head of Programmes, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value, complex projects from concept to completion.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will lead a team of programme and project managers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of programme and project managers to deliver programmes on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Quality to achieve programme objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and issues.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in programme management.
  2. A Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
  3. Commercial and financial acumen.
