The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential mechanical projects and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site operations and arranging subcontractors for mechanical installation on residential projects
  • Working with the commercial team to update progress reports and ensure project profitability

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site operations and delivering residential mechanical projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.

In return for your expertise and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £62,500 - £82,000 per annum, plus a negotiable package, site-based accommodation, and opportunities for career progression and professional development.
