Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products using CAD software (SolidWorks and/or CREO)
- Manage projects or work packages to tight timescales throughout the full product development life cycle
- Lead and mentor fellow mechanical engineers
- Support direct interaction with clients through regular external project update meetings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in mechatronic design, kinematic control issues, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to technically manage peers to deliver complex product developments
