Job Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer

About the Role:

Our client, a leading facilities maintenance company, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, steam boilers, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults in mechanical systems
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical/Plumbing and experience in building services maintenance. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and have good communication skills.
